Plunger Pump KQZ2800M
Plunger pump KQZ2800M is a newly developed reciprocating five-cylinder plunger pump by our company, with a maximum input power of 2800 hp. This pump is widely used in high-power fracturing operations for intermittent oil well tasks.
Product Features
Main structural characteristics:
1. Composed of three parts: the power end assembly, the fluid end assembly, and the planetary gear reducer.
2. Designed with long strokes, low strokes per minute, and high connecting rod loads, specifically for fracturing operations in ultra-deep oil and gas wells. Compared to similar products, the weight is reduced by 10%, preventing vehicle overloading.
3. The external planetary gear reducer has a large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, and minimal impact on the internal components of the pump, which extends the lifespan of the parts.
4. The fluid end adopts an EWS design, with 20 alloy steel tie rods connecting the fluid end to the power end. When disassembling the fluid end, the tie rods remain attached to the power end. The connection between the plunger and the small connecting rod uses a clamp, making disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end easy.
5. The fluid end assembly can accommodate three different sizes of plungers (4", 4.5" and 5"), offering different pressures and displacements for customer selection.
