Plunger Pump KQZ2500
Plunger pump KQZ2500 is a reciprocating, volumetric, single-acting, horizontal five-cylinder plunger pump with a maximum input power of 2500 hp. It is widely used in intermittent oil well operations for fracturing conditions.
Product Features
Main Structural Characteristics:
1. Composed of two main parts: the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
2. Features an integral crankshaft structure supported by heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearings. The crankshaft ends are equipped with two pairs of involute helical gears to transmit power, reducing transmission noise and extending gear life.
3. The pump is lightweight, compact, and high-pressure, making it a standard product for large fracturing trucks and widely used in the market.
4. The fluid end and power end are connected by 20 alloy steel tie rods. When removing the fluid end, the tie rods remain on the power end. The plunger and small connecting rod are connected with clamps, making it easy to disassemble and maintain the fluid end.
5. The fluid end assembly is equipped with four different sizes of plungers (3.75", 4", 4.5", 5") to offer various pressure and flow rate options for customer needs.
